The University of Minho opens its 1st EMed Staff Training Week to Arqus members

The School of Medicine (EMED) of the University of Minho would like to invite Arqus members to its 1st EMedTRAIN Week: Erasmus+ Staff Training which will be held between 23rd and 26th May 2022.

EMedTrain Week aims to promote intercultural communicational skills, strengthen ties with current partners and extend these ties to new ones and broaden participants’ horizons through different perspectives and different working methods.

The event will have eight different tracks with specific programmes in the following areas:

  • International Affairs Office – More info.
  • Communication Office/ Alumni Medicine – More info.
  • Life and Health Sciences Research Institute (ICVS) – More info.
  • Animal Facilities Unit (UBiot) – More info.
  • B.acis – Center for Health Innovation – More info.
  • 2CA-Braga – Clinical Academic Center of Braga – More info.
  • Medical Education Unit – More info.
  • Clinical Skills Lab – More info.

The programme will foresee cultural visits to the surrounding monuments. Registration costs will be 150€. To participate, please submit your application until 31st March 2022 (at the specific programmes’ websites above).

Please consider that the event will only take place if the current pandemic scenario allows it. Health services recommendations will be taken into consideration.
