All Arqus students are welcome to participate in the one-day hackathon organised by the University of Bergen, Université Jean Moulin Lyon 3 and Vilnius University, together with the Knowledge Economy Forum in Lithuania, in the framework of the InternACTional Project.

The European Innovation Race is an annual event that aims to “turn up the heat” on students by providing a one-day, intensive case study where they are expected to present a solution by the end of the day.

In the second European Innovation Race (EIR), being a part of an international team, you will brainstorm, prototype, and pitch your ideas for how universities could become more sustainable. What’s more, during EIR, you will become familiar with design thinking and make new friends!

Join us in an exciting day of teamwork, problem-solving, and knowledge building!

When? 3rd March, 12:00-16:30 (CET).

Where? The event will be held entirely online on Zoom and Jamboard. No additional technical applications are required.

What’s the topic? This year, students will develop proposals for how universities could become more sustainable.

Why participate? You will get valuable experience working in an international student team – it is a great chance to broaden your network. You will improve teamwork, intercultural and problem-solving competencies, and learn how to use design thinking.
