Participate in the University of Wroclaw Summer School on Democracy

The University of Wrocław invites Arqus Phd students to a 4-day Summer School on Democracy which will take place from 12th to 16th September 2022.

The university will host 20 students who are pursuing a doctoral degree in Political Science, Sociology, History, Law, Philosophy, Communication, Mathematics, Computer Science, or Economics to further develop their academic interests, progress in and share their original research projects, and form connections with students and faculty members during a week of academic inquiry in Lower Silesia.

This edition of the Summer School will focus on Civic Engagement in the Contemporary World and will take place in Wrocław (Poland). Interested students should send an abstract describing their research project related to democracy to summerschool@uwr.edu.pl by 10th July 2022. Applicants will be notified of the result via email by 30th July.

Meals and accommodation will be covered by the University of Wrocław; students are expected to cover their own travel expenses.
